Update on the Page

I think we've all had time to sit and reflect on ourselves, our life, habits, works, etc. I don't think there is a right or wrong way to do anything or handle anything for right now. I know I've thought a lot about what I want out of life and even this page. While it's still a work in progress, I hope I keep you long for the ride!


I'm so grateful for all of you continuing to check out this content! I hope we are all relating in the struggles of life together and hopefully you're learning something new (whether a health or beauty hack, recipe, something about yourself, anything!).



I started this page without a very clear direction.

Am I trying to put out just relatable content or drive a personal training business, or both, or neither, or something else?

I feel like I was just very all over the place.

So, I've decided we're making it more of a lifestyle, health, wellness, relatable-ness, space.

I want people, mostly women (probably teens-adults, but hopefully broader) I would say, to have a place to feel connected. We can cover things from recipes to skin care to the struggles of life and your health and wellness and everything and anything in between we can think of.

Want to know about something?! Just ask!

I plan on making myself a guinea pig along the way. ( ;







A little more about me...

I'm just your average girl from the Midwest, not a hardcore farmer like many people I know (I did detassel as a kid, I know what's up with that, not for me) and not any kind of city chick (if that's even possible here), so I've never known where I fall. I just feel very average and awkward. I don't totally relate with the women who host shows and podcasts where they're living on a coast or in a beautiful space and/or those who maybe had some help along the way getting there. That person doesn't understand the average struggle of apartment and paycheck-to-paycheck living, or at least they aren't acting like it. So, I want to have that place to be real and honest about struggles (sorry but maybe with a few filters here and there, we gotta make it all look good). I am an awkward introvert; I think I'm pretty funny, or can be; I'm an early bird; I'm very insecure and try to suppress it as much as possible; I'm a homebody (if you haven't gathered); I love getting to have time to cook and try new things, although I can eat the same thing everyday if I needed, but my husband keeps me creative. I love hanging out with my husband and our dog, Cooper, going on walks, traveling, and binge watching shows on Netflix and Hulu. I consider myself just a pretty all-around average woman wanting to focus on her own health, wellness, and share the journey with you!

I have personally felt so lost throughout life and always had an internal feeling of wanting to connect with a larger audience, but how the heck do you do that for a living and actually make money?! Well. You don't always get to.

All I know is I have always wanted to have a way to reach and connect with more people, so I'm out here seeing how far I can go to make that happen

This is where I want to side hustle and hopefully grow something that people from coast to coast find to relate and maybe improve or adjust their lifestyle in one way or another.








I'm still out here changing lives with personal training, Pilates, and nutrition coaching, but I hope to be able to broaden my reach outside of just Omaha.


There will be page updates to come along the way as I navigate all of this, just a little different format and still looking for that right name! So, if you have any creative skills in that area, toss them this way! <3
