We're back here with another #TastyTuesday breakfast option!
Breakfast is such an easy way to start your day packed with nutritious goodness and it doesn't have to be a hassle. Believe me, the wait at the drive-thru is just as long as it would take to throw this into the blender and pus a button.
It's so easy to just skip breakfast, hit the drive-thru, just have a cup of coffee, or grab a breakfast bar to go.

Lets keep it simple & all about the real food!
Starting with real and nutritious foods helps set the rest of your day for success and you just feel better. Bonus: it can help your skin to skip the additives and keep it real. We all want our insides to feel good because then we feel good and it helps us look good. #Winning all around.
Ingredients & Instructions
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup spinach & kale mix (or just spinach)
1 tbsp spirulina (or serving plant based protein)
Blend it up!
Top with half of a banana and coconut flakes
It doesn't have to be complex. In fact, it shouldn't be. Even if you don't have everything listed, modify it to fit what you love.
Do some almond milk instead. Try granola on top. Add some coconut milk yogurt to thicken it up if you'd like. Maybe a dollop of nut butter just sounds extra tasty today. Throw it in there! Get creative & make it fun!
