Super easy, super filling, and great to use for a good snack, dessert, or with breakfast!
2 1/4 cups milk, choose your preference
6 tbsp chia seeds
Handful of toppings
Blueberries, strawberries, flax seeds, bananas, protein powder, maybe even some cacao nibs
Stir together milk and chia seeds.
You can add more or less chia seeds depending on the consistency you prefer.
Let sit for 5 minutes. Stir again.
Place in fridge for at least a few hours before enjoying!
Keeps for 5 days in the fridge.
